The "portraits - breath recoding" cme conference will focus the attention on recent perspective on chronic respiratory diseases, analysed throughout the treatable traits approach. The purpose is to use this strategic tool to explore the future of chronic lung disease management, with “a look forward” on new perspectives, data and evidences from recent studies and real-life experiences. Pre-copd, copd, ild and bronchiectasis are the identified main themes. The clinical cases, part of each chapter, will be the occasion to give the floor to the audience, thanks to the interaction throughout the use of a web app during the “audience on ring section”. A deeper involvement of gps will be one of the key element of this edition. In the spirit of a conference the meeting will encourage audience input on specific clinical cases via a web app during the “audience on call” sessions.
